Design work and problem solving – includes conceptual drawings if necessary
Preliminary product selections
Preliminary scope of work and job cost estimate
Design retainer required at this phase
Retainer amount based upon estimated time it will take to complete design
Changes/additional meetings as necessary
Phase III - Contract & Implementation
Final cost, scope of work, drawings, and selections
